Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, drains, and fixtures
- Install new plumbing systems following blueprints and local codes
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls with 24/7 on-call rotation
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Estimate project costs and provide transparent quotes to clients
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory management
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber license required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficient with trenchless pipe repair technologies
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts + occasional evenings)
