Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems, including drains, pipes, valves, and fixtures, during night hours.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and service requests to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Installation: Install new plumbing systems and fixtures according to local codes and blueprints.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to prevent future breakdowns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Valid Journeyman Plumber license in New York State.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Tools: Own or have access to a comprehensive set of hand and power tools.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with the night shift supervision team.
