Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Respond to emergency calls during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Diagnose pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Comply with NYC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials
- Maintain service logs and customer records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Class 1 or 2)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Emergency response experience required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
