Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties during night shifts
- Diagnose issues using advanced tools and provide efficient solutions for leaks, clogs, and pipe damage
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes while working with gas lines, water heaters, and sewer systems
- Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover of ongoing projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with night shift or after-hours work
- Valid California plumbing license (C-36) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in water heater repairs, sewer line clearing, and pipefitting
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and reporting
