Responsibilities
- Perform emergency plumbing repairs, pipe installations, and fixture replacements during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues in residential/commercial properties
- Operate power tools, diagnostic equipment, and trenching machinery safely
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Conduct preventative maintenance checks and system inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure emergency situations
- Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of plumbing materials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California Plumbing Contractor License (C-36) required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for water heaters, boilers, and sewer systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency a major plus for diverse clientele
