Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain organized, hazard-free work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspection and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Must be physically capable of sustained manual labor in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic with punctual, dependable attendance
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
