Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, demolition, and finishing tasks as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
