Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywalling, and general cleanup.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
- Transport materials from trucks to work sites using dollies or hand trucks.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with basic site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
