Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervisor guidance
- Follow precise construction plans and safety protocols
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, finishing, and demolition tasks
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shifts
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning starts
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening
