Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) under supervisor guidance
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support skilled trades with material handling and simple tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to site managers
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning shifts
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
