Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install water heaters, garbage disposals, and plumbing fixtures per code requirements
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections for commercial clients
- Provide accurate estimates and maintain detailed service reports
- Uphold strict safety standards and company quality protocols
- Respond to emergency service calls within service area
- Maintain clean, professional appearance and company vehicle
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience with valid North Carolina license
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local building codes
- Proficiency in drain cleaning, pipe repair, and fixture installation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends for emergency calls
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
