Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Perform emergency plumbing services for burst pipes, water heater malfunctions, and sewer backups
- Install and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping following NYC building codes
- Conduct plumbing inspections and provide detailed reports to customers and management
- Utilize diagnostic tools and digital plumbing software for efficient troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members on complex projects and provide mentorship to apprentices
- Manage inventory and order necessary plumbing supplies for job sites
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Plumber's License (Master or Journeyman)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial settings
- Proficiency with plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and pipefitting techniques
- Familiarity with NYC plumbing codes, permits, and inspection protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in emergency situations

- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
