Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing systems including leaks, clogs, and fixture installations
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, boilers, and HVAC plumbing components
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and sewer line inspections using advanced tools
- Adhere to safety protocols, building codes, and EPA regulations for all projects
- Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and professional conduct
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools
- Collaborate with team members on complex plumbing solutions and emergency calls
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Michigan state license
- Expertise in pipefitting, drain clearing, fixture installation, and system diagnostics
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, and safety standards
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools, pipe cutters, and trenchless equipment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and physical stamina for fieldwork
- Emergency response availability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Background check and drug-free certification required
