Responsibilities
- Diagnose and Repair: Identify and resolve residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Installation: Install new piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances according to local codes.
- Emergency Services: Respond promptly to after-hours and emergency service calls to minimize property damage.
- Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems for commercial clients.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize your tool belt and company vehicle in excellent condition.
Qualifications
- License: Valid New York State Master or Journeyman Plumber License.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Tools: Reliable, personal set of professional plumbing tools.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel to job sites.
- Background: Clean driving and criminal background check required.
