Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, and appliances (toilets, sinks, water heaters) according to local codes and blueprints.
- Diagnose Issues: Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems efficiently to minimize downtime for our clients.
- Maintain Tools: Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by communicating clearly with clients and ensuring their homes are left clean and tidy.
- Project Management: Assist in managing small-scale projects, including reading basic blueprints and estimating material needs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with measurements and basic arithmetic.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from senior technicians.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality workmanship and safety standards.
