Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions using advanced tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with rapid response protocols
- Adhere to strict safety standards and building codes (IPC/UPC)
- Collaborate with dispatch teams for seamless client communication
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain inventory of parts
- Train apprentices on modern plumbing techniques and customer service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Indiana plumbing license (or reciprocity for Ohio)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Expertise in trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting
- Proven emergency response troubleshooting abilities
- Must possess own basic hand tools; power tools provided
- Excellent physical condition for confined space work
- Clean driving record and ability to operate service vehicles
