Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Diagnose and resolve complex pipe, fixture, and drainage issues
- Adhere to DC plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform emergency plumbing services during after-hours
- Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials/supplies
- Train apprentices on industry best practices
- Complete detailed work orders and client documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid DC Master Plumber license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
