Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints for structural accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift rotations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards 100% of the time
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Class B CDL preferred (heavy machinery operation)
- Reliable transportation to job sites within 50-mile radius
- Availability for 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
