Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform emergency weekend service calls with 2-hour response time
- Complete service reports and maintain client communication logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid Michigan plumbing license (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex pipe/water heater issues
- Weekend availability (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Emergency response experience
