Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters)
- Install plumbing fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Respond to emergency calls within service area
- Use diagnostic tools and plumbing schematics
- Estimate project costs and timelines
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
- Complete detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State plumbing license
- 3+ years residential plumbing experience
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in emergencies
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with pipefitting tools and hydro-jetting
- Background check and drug testing required
