Responsibilities
- Perform Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to weekend emergencies for leaks, burst pipes, and clogged drains in residential and commercial properties.
- Installation & Maintenance: Install, repair, and replace piping, fixtures, and appliances (water heaters, sump pumps, etc.) ensuring all work meets local codes.
- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose plumbing issues using advanced tools and provide detailed estimates and solutions to customers.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, explaining technical issues in plain language, and ensuring a clean job site.
- Documentation: Complete accurate work orders, time logs, and maintain a clean, organized service van.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols while working.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Washington State Journeyman or Master Plumber License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pipefitting, valve systems, and blueprints.
- Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle and current driver's license with clean record.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
