Responsibilities
- Perform heavy physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to designated areas.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as electricians and carpenters, with various on-site tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and safety plans.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
- Unload and organize construction materials and supplies daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
