Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material staging, excavation support, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Assist carpenters, masons, and welders with material handling and task setup
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site cleanliness
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site leads
- Perform concrete work including pouring, finishing, and form setup
- Assist in equipment operation (skid steers, forklifts) with proper certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction/labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid O-10 construction card or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, measuring tapes)
- Strong attention to safety and detail-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Denver metro
- Flexibility to work 6am-4pm shifts on weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
