Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools for cutting, digging, and material handling
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform basic concrete work, including pouring and finishing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.)
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays and Sundays, 6am-6pm)
