Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)

- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Complete daily safety checklists and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with team members on complex construction sequences
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols
- Punctuality and consistent weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
