Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finish carpentry
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans with precision
- Perform equipment maintenance and daily safety inspections
- Support material inventory management and just-in-time deliveries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience with weekend work history
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and basic construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-4PM (OT available)
