Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, material handling, and debris removal according to project specifications
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material staging and installation
- Maintain strict safety compliance with OSHA regulations and company protocols
- Perform quality checks and report issues to site supervisors
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Manage equipment maintenance and basic site organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction or landscaping experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Tampa metro area
- Flexibility for early Saturday/Sunday shifts (5AM-5PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
