Responsibilities
- Execute precise construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with strict safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with skilled trades professionals on weekend projects
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency and blueprint reading skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Greater Boston
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
