Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, scaffolding erection, and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades as needed
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Perform site cleanup and debris management
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction labor experience required
- Valid O-10 card or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for material estimation
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-4PM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
