Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites through material handling, equipment setup, and debris clearance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely under supervision
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper PPE usage and hazard prevention
- Support site logistics including material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Document daily progress through shift reports and quality checklists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction blueprints and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible weekend hours (Sat-Sun 6AM-4PM)
