- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and quality control measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight weekend deadlines
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in operating excavators, bulldozers, and forklifts
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent English communication skills
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-4PM)
