Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, grading, and foundation work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install scaffolding and temporary structures
- Assist carpenters with framing and concrete pouring
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Load/unload materials with proper lifting techniques
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with blueprint reading preferred
- Availability for 6am-4pm Saturdays/Sundays
