Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on active construction sites
- Safely operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts)
- Prepare sites, clear debris, and maintain organized work areas
- Read blueprints and follow precise construction plans
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience required
- Valid O-10 card or willingness to obtain immediately
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading skills
