Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and comply with OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Perform concrete finishing, scaffolding setup, and demolition work
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of construction materials and safety protocols
- Strong teamwork ethic and punctuality
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-4pm)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
