Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and effectively
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Perform physical tasks in various weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Complete daily timecards and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun, 6AM-4PM)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Colorado residency preferred
