Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor, including digging, lifting, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with setup, installation, and teardown of materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Unload trucks and verify delivery of materials against purchase orders.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with team members and site managers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with concrete, framing, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong commitment to safety and following verbal and written instructions.
