Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction site preparation, including loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled trade professionals.
- Perform basic carpentry duties, such as measuring, cutting, and assisting with framing.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Transport tools and materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist in cleanup and debris removal after project phases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
