Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including loading, unloading, and carrying materials.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in general labor or construction is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
