Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with setup, cleanup, and site preparation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe environment for the entire crew.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous construction experience is a plus; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
