Responsibilities

- Load/unload materials and operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean work areas and proper material storage
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and reporting procedures
- Assist in equipment operation (forklifts, excavators with certification)
- Complete daily progress reports and time tracking
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, saws, drills) preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Flexibility for occasional overtime or project deadlines
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
