Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload equipment and materials at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA standards
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and manual labor as needed
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily equipment checks and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to work Saturdays/Sundays, 6am-4pm
- Physical stamina for outdoor labor in varying weather
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Willingness to undergo paid safety training
- Team player with strong communication skills
- No experience required – training provided
