Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency weekend service calls within 2-hour response window
- Diagnose complex pipe leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Provide transparent estimates and detailed service reports
- Perform hydro-jetting and sewer line camera inspections
- Maintain inventory of tools and parts for mobile service vehicles
- Adhere to all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Valid California state plumbing license (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years residential plumbing experience
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8AM-6PM)
- Expertise in water heater installation and trenchless pipe repair
- Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
