Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites daily.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople by performing general labor tasks as directed.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and debris-free.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
