Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment to and from the job site.
- Manual Labor: Perform various physical tasks including digging, carrying, lifting, and cleaning up debris.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, levels).
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Material Handling: Help with basic measurements and cutting of materials as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
