Your Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in keeping our job sites running smoothly. Your duties will include:

- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and general labor duties.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparing of materials as directed.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment under supervision when certified.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Willingness to work night shifts (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
