Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare building materials for use at the job site.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete setting.
- Transport materials from trucks to the work area as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
