What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every site runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Clear, clean, and prepare construction sites by removing debris, vegetation, and obstacles.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Assist Trades: Support electricians, carpenters, and masons by providing necessary materials and manual assistance.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools (saws, drills, levels) under supervision.
- Quality Control: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to ensure precise fit and finish.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50+ lbs frequently and stand for extended periods outdoors.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools and safety gear is a plus.
