Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for task execution
- Maintain safety compliance on active construction sites
- Perform concrete pouring, framing support, and finish work as needed
- Coordinate with team members for seamless project progression
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or skilled trades experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-6pm
