Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and debris.
- Clean and prepare job sites to ensure safety standards are met.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and compressors.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience required; a strong work ethic is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
