Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials and tools safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific guidelines.
- Perform general manual labor tasks to support project timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No previous construction experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
